Let's go to Huahine

Huahine lies 170 km northwest of Tahiti in the Leeward Society Islands and about 70 km east of Bora Bora.
Comprised of Huahine Nui (big Huahine) and Huahine Iti (little Huahine), the two islands are joined by a narrow isthmus and are enclosed within a protective necklace of coral.
Off-shore "motu" islets lie inside the barrier reef, providing efficient gardens for Huahine inhabitants. A tarred road winds 32 km around the two islands, passing through small villages; The lagoon, bordered by white sans beaches, is rich with sea life, and Maeva village is a wealth of archeological sites.
